Summary:Taltran Global has been exclusively retained by a premier, smart home solutions provider to recruit an Account Executive. Founded over three decades ago, the company specializes in the design, installation, and servicing of advanced automation, networking, and entertainment systems for luxury residences across the Washington D.C. area. Recently backed by a national home technology platform, the organization is entering a new phase of growth, expanding its presence across the Mid-Atlantic and investing in top-tier talent to support its next chapter.The Account Executive will report directly to senior leadership and will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships across the region. This role will play a critical part in building a strong pipeline of high-value residential clientele, developing strategic partnerships within the construction and design ecosystem, and delivering a best-in-class client experience. The Account Executive will serve as a key representative of the brand, helping to expand market presence and support long-term revenue growth in a relationship-driven, high-touch sales environment.Key Responsibilities:The Account Executive will own the full sales lifecycle and provide leadership across all aspects of business development and client engagement, including but not limited to:Drive new business through referrals, networking, and industry partnerships, generating and closing high-value sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners, general contractors, architects, and interior designers to create consistent referral pipelinesLead a consultative sales process, identifying client needs and presenting tailored home technology solutionsPartner with engineering teams to develop detailed proposals and scopes of work, ensuring alignment with client expectationsManage client relationships throughout the lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor from initial engagement through project completion and beyondDevelop and expand a network of industry professionals to increase brand visibility and drive ongoing lead generationCollaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate project executionProvide post-installation support, including client education, project reconciliation, and transition to service teams for ongoing maintenanceMaintain accurate sales tracking, reporting, and CRM data to monitor pipeline performance and support strategic decision-makingQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required2+ years of experience in high-end, luxury, or technical sales, with a demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targetsProven ability to build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partnersStrong interest in smart home technology, automation systems, and emerging residential tech solutionsExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain strong attention to detailExperience working in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systemsAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong internal collaborationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
