We look forward to you joining our team!\nJob Description:\nGigaTECH LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Applications/Systems Analyst to support the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software at Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate will leverage structured analysis and design methodologies to translate business requirements into effective system solutions while evaluating cost factors and risks.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline\n5+ years of experience\n8 years additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to evaluate cost factors, risks, and potential impacts to ensure the viability and efficiency of proposed solutions\nRelevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), ITIL Foundation, or PMI-PBA are preferred\nRequired Experience:\nProven experience in IT systems analysis, design, and integration, with a focus on COTS software solutions\nConducting in-depth analysis, design, and integration of IT systems and COTS software to meet organizational needs\nTranslating business requirements into system specifications using structured analysis and design methodologies\nCollaborating with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize system requirements\nStrong knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, or other frameworks)\nExperience providing technical expertise in the implementation and integration of system solutions\nEEO Statement: GigaTECH is an equal opportunity employer.
