Job Description OverviewTexas Pride Landscape & Irrigation is looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our landscaping crew. As a Landscape Crew Member , you will assist with installing and maintaining landscapes for residential and commercial properties while working as part of a team.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in quality work. Crew members will work alongside experienced team leaders to complete landscape installation projects including planting, sod installation, mulching, irrigation work, and general site preparation.We are looking for team members who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new skills while helping deliver high-quality landscaping projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of plants, trees, shrubs, and sodSpread mulch, soil, gravel, and other landscape materialsAssist with irrigation installation and basic repairsLoad and unload tools, equipment, and materialsOperate landscaping equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and edgersMaintain clean and organized job sitesFollow directions from crew leaders and supervisorsQualificationsPrevious landscaping or lawn care experienceExperience installing plants, sod, mulch, or irrigationExperience operating landscaping equipmentAbility to follow landscape layouts or plansBilingual English / Spanish a plusStrong work ethic and positive attitudeRequirementsMust have reliable transportation to workAbility to work outdoors in Texas weather conditionsAbility to lift 50–75 lbs regularlyMust be reliable and show up on timeAbility to work well as part of a teamWillingness to learn landscaping skills and techniquesWe are looking for reliable team members who want steady work and the opportunity to grow with our company.
