This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and evolving operation.\nMaterial Handlers may perform a variety of tasks including picking, kitting, put-away, Kanban replenishment, water spider support, shipping/receiving, and forklift operation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, learning multiple processes, and contributing to team success.\nMaterial Handlers are the backbone of materials operations. This role directly impacts production flow, safety, and customer delivery. Strong performers in this position are critical to maintaining efficiency and supporting growth.\nRequirements:\n\nPrimary Duties:\nMaterial Handling & Flow\nPick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production and warehouse locations\nPerform put-away and replenishment activities, including Kanban and supermarket systems\nSupport water spider operations by following routes and standard work\nAssist with shipping, receiving, and material transfers as needed\nFlexibility & Cross-Training\nRotate between multiple material handling tasks based on daily needs\nLearn and follow standard work across different materials processes\nAdapt quickly to changing priorities, layouts, or processes\nEquipment Operation & Safety\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment\nFollow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines\nReport safety concerns, damaged materials, or process issues\nQuality, Accuracy & Discipline\nVerify part numbers, quantities, and locations during handling activities\nHelp maintain accurate material locations and labeling\nComplete required documentation or system transactions accurately\nContinuous Improvement & Teamwork\nWork collaboratively with other material handlers, leads, and production teams\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, or material flow\nMaintain a positive attitude and strong attendance\nQualifications\nRequired\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment\nWillingness to learn multiple material handling processes\nStrong attention to detail and safety awareness\nPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a team\nPreferred\nPrevious experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment\nForklift or material handling equipment experience\nBasic computer or system usage experience\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods\nComfortable performing repetitive and physical tasks\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent credentials.\n\nWhy Join Us?
