This position plays a critical role in overseeing the administrative and logistics functions related to processing high-volume account orders throughout Southern California.\nThe ideal candidate will support our Administration, Operations, Logistics, and accounting teams by managing order flow, coordinating transportation, maintaining accurate reporting, communicating urgent inventory needs, and resolving fulfillment issues to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment and enjoys working collaboratively across departments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee order flow including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination for Depot account.\nSchedule Inbound containers and close collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics Manager on planning, inventory, and warehouse receiving\nProcess high-volume customer orders accurately and efficiently\nMaintain accuracy of pricing, vintages, quantities, sizing, and related product information across internal reports and systems\nPrepare warehouse documentation for order picking and trailer loading\nSchedule delivery appointments with customers and freight drivers\nCoordinate and secure transportation through third-party logistics providers (3PLs)\nResolve issues that arise during the fulfillment process to ensure on-time delivery\nReport damaged, short, or missing products in a timely manner\nReview PODs (Proofs of Delivery) to verify products delivered against BOLs and original orders\nGenerate and issue invoices based on products received by customers\nCommunicate updates regarding pending, incomplete, or problem orders to internal teams\nCollaborate cross-functionally to provide exceptional customer service support\nAssist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management\n\nRequirements:\nQualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)\nExceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills\nExperience working in a high-volume, task-oriented environment\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook\nPreferred experience with NetSuite and Fintech systems\nLogistics, transportation coordination, drayage, or supply chain experience is a plus\nWine & spirits industry experience preferred but not required\nBenefits:\nCompetitive & Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision plans\nPaid Time Off Programs\nEmployer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability\nEmployer paid Life Insurance\nEmployee Assistance Programs\n401(k) with a generous match\nPension Plan\nMisa Imports is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
