The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and assisting clients with resolving their inquiries in an efficient and professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer requests, diagnosing technical issues, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues effectivelyStrong Customer Support skills to provide excellent assistance and enhance client satisfactionAnalytical Skills to identify and solve complex problems systematicallyExceptional Communication skills to convey information clearly and professionallyAbility to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote settingExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or help desk tools is advantageousPrior experience in a technical role or supporting IT services is preferred
