Seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale for a full-time, onsite role with potential hybrid options after onboarding.Requires 3+ years supporting high-net-worth divorce and high-conflict custody cases in Florida, with at least 1 year of Florida Family Court experience.Responsibilities include preparing pleadings, managing case files, tracking deadlines, supporting hearings, drafting discovery, and coordinating with clients and professionals.Qualifications include strong knowledge of family law procedures, excellent communication, proficiency in legal software, and a paralegal certification or equivalent.Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Initial fully onsite for 90 days, then potential for hybrid schedule.
