Groups and EC2-based workloads\r\nDesign and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Buildkite\r\nBuild automation to eliminate manual operational work\r\nManage and secure secrets and access using Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, and IAM\r\nPartner with engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance\r\nLead, mentor, and manage a small DevOps team\r\nSet technical direction, standards, and priorities for the DevOps function\r\nDrive cost optimization across AWS infrastructure\r\nOperate systems behind Cloudflare, including WAF, CDN, and traffic management\r\nProduction Reliability & Incident OwnershipOwn production incident response end-to-end, including triage, mitigation, and coordination\r\nLead high-severity outage response under pressure\r\nServe as an escalation point for
