Beauty Expert - Sales Specialist

Summary Provide luxury beauty consultations and sales in the boutique while achieving personal and team sales goals. Represent Hermes Beauty products through makeup application, product knowledge, and client engagement in a fast paced retail environment. Maintain boutique standards for merchandising, POS accuracy, and asset protection. Responsibilities Meet personal sales targets and contribute to boutique collective goals. Conduct makeup applications and personalized consultations to drive product sales. Inform clients about new products and beauty trends and promote cross category sales. Provide product training and share knowledge with boutique staff during meetings. Maintain workstation and selling floor organization, stocking packaging and supplies. Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records. Partner with management to address POS discrepancies and support after sales service. Follow asset protection procedures, assist with inventory preparation and cycle counts. Provide exceptional client service including wrapping and packaging at point of sale. Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience, makeup skincare or fragrance experience preferred. Certified in Cosmetology or Beauty and Fragrance. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage clients. Ability to multitask, maintain cleanliness, and organize work space. Self starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to schedule changes to meet business needs. Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
