It is expected this individual be able to work within a commutable distance to our Allegan, MI office.\r\nScope of the Role\r\nGenerate packaging art for a variety of over-the-counter medications and self-care products.\r\nDesign artwork based on a variety of inputs: customer direction, engineering dies, marketing direction, and regulatory affairs labeling specifications.\r\nCheck artwork for compliance with all labeling requirements and specifications, assuring no deviations. High level of accuracy required.\r\nFollow controlled workflow processes including electronic documentation for each project.\r\nExperience Required\r\nTypically these skills are acquired with a Bachelor's degree in Graphics/Fine Arts or related field along with 2+ years professional experience\r\nMust have excellent command of Adobe Creative software including proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong technical proficiency necessary.\r\nMust have strong attention to detail\r\nStrong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex systems\r\nKnowledge of multiple print processes preferred\r\nMust be able to successfully manage multiple projects in electronic workflows to meet deadlines\r\nMust be able to work within established processes and use standard work instructions\r\nAbility to conceptualize/brainstorm new ideas\r\nBenefits\r\nWe believe our people are our greatest asset.
