We're officially coming home and planting permanent roots in San Francisco with a storefront at 425 Hayes Street in Hayes Valley, opening in September 2026. We want someone who’s scrappy, adventurous, sales-driven, and passionate about creating incredible customer experiences while growing a loyal community of Huckberry ambassadors.\n\nYou may be a good fit if:\n\nYou're a natural storyteller interested in helping customers discover the perfect gear and apparel for their adventures\nYou are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to get scrappy and think outside the box\nYou thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to building the Huckberry experience in our first brick-and-mortar retail location\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests\nMaintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories\nProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently\nAssist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing\nReplenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor\nContribute to a positive and collaborative team environment\nAssist with store events and promotions\nHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively\n\nRequirements\n\n1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred\nA passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nA strong work ethic and a positive attitude\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight\nInterest in menswear and lifestyle brands\n\nBenefits\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision benefits (FT employees)\n401(k) and employer match (FT employees)\nPaid Time Off & Paid Sick Leave\nGenerous employee discount\nCompetitive pay $20-21/hr\n\nCompany Description\n\nHuckberry is the ultimate one-stop men's shop for discovering the best gear and threads.
