Commercial Administrator

Position Overview:The Commercial Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the commercial team by maintaining CRM data, monitoring opportunities, coordinating travel and meetings, and supporting reporting and expense management. This role enables sales productivity by ensuring accurate records, efficient scheduling, and timely execution of day-to-day sales support activities.Principle Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor open opportunities and pipeline activity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely close-outMaintain CRM hygiene, including contacts, customer records, opportunity updates, and closed transactionsSet up and maintain new items in NetSuiteSupport commercial team travel planning by developing target customer lists and coordinating meeting schedules and reservationsBook meetings and assist with travel logistics to maximize field time and territory coveragePrepare and submit expense reports for the commercial team in accordance with company policiesGeneral office support including scanning in company mail, general office cleaning tasks including running the dishwasher, and routine office supply inventory checks Provide general administrative support to the sales organization as neededPull and distribute sales reports in response to internal requestsOther duties as assignedQualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business related function, or equivalent professional work experience 2+ years of experience in a sales operations or administrative roleProficiency in CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent communication and time management skills, working closely with cross-functional teamsDisplay excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills, know when to act quicklyAbility to understand and translate a clear strategy into actionable plans and metricsAbility to work onsite in the St. Paul office minimum 3 days per week
