IT - Scrum Master
Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking an IT - Scrum Master to join their team. As an IT - Scrum Master, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching skills, active listening, a caring attitude, and forward-thinking mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: IT - Scrum MasterLocation:Boston, MA (onsite 2X a week, with remote consideration for candidates able to work EST hours. Please specify location on resume.)Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr on W2What's the Job?Facilitate team ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure full team engagement and growth. Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to support planning and maintain a healthy backlog for effective execution. Shield teams from interference to enable optimal productivity and delivery. Coach team members on Agile practices, fostering a growth mindset and continuous improvement. Identify and address impediments, manage interdependencies, and support the organization’s path toward Agile maturity. What's Needed?Proven experience guiding Agile teams through transformation processes. Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and Agile project management techniques. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and team-building skills. Previous experience as a Scrum Master is required; Agile certification is preferred.
