The superintendent will be responsible for on-site coordination, quality assurance, safety compliance, and schedule management to ensure successful delivery of power systems and electrical work from ground-up construction through turnover.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate electrical project schedules, milestones, and stakeholders.\nOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.\nEnsure compliance with NEC, project requirements, and safety standards.\nReview drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; resolve field issues.\nManage material procurement, deliveries, and inventory.\nConduct quality inspections and corrective actions.\nTrain and mentor electricians, foremen, and junior staff.\nCoordinate power shutdowns and temporary power needs.\nMaintain daily reports, progress tracking, and closeout documentation.\nQualifications\n5+ years of electrical construction experience, including 3+ years in a superintendent or senior leadership role.\nProven success leading electrical construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, switchgear, transformers, and grounding.\nExpertise in NEC, electrical codes, and industry standards.\nExperience with commercial and industrial electrical installations.\nAbility to read electrical drawings, schematics, and AutoCAD plans.\nBackground as an electrician, foreman, or project engineer preferred.\nCandidates who complete the skills and questions move to the front of the application process!\nBenefits\nFull Benefits Included\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
