You will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process from start to finish, ensuring that automated systems are installed, configured, and tested to meet specific project requirements and standards.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nDevelop comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets for automation projects\nCoordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems with existing infrastructure, machinery, and software systems\nEnsure seamless interoperability and communication between automation components and other equipment or systems\nConduct thorough testing and validation procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and safety of automation systems\nDevelop and execute test protocols to assess various aspects of system operation, including accuracy, speed, reliability, and compliance with specifications\nIdentify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during the commissioning process, employing troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills\nWork closely with engineering and technical teams to implement solutions and optimize system performance\nMaintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities, including test results, configuration settings, and operational procedures\nProvide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems.\nImplement quality assurance processes to ensure that commissioned automation systems meet customer requirements and expectations\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, automation, or related technical field\nProven experience in commissioning and integrating robotic automation systems, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments\nStrong technical aptitude and proficiency in robotics, automation, control systems, and related technologies\nExperience with Microsoft Office suite\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects effectively\nSolid problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail\nKnowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols governing automation systems\nAbility to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, with a continuous learning mindset\nThe Company:\nThe Innovation Center by Viable Engineering Solutions is a world-class concept-to-completion center for the industrial market.
