Suggest improvements to improve efficiencies or safety.\nEnsures team members are following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, product quality, employee safety, as well as compliance with state and federal guidelines.\nTrain and retrain employees on how to properly perform each task.\nReview layout, inspect for defects, ensure materials meet specifications, mark non-conformant areas, and stack materials on a cart with correct paperwork to deliver to the next production line.\nRead and understand job orders, pick sheets, and layouts; pull and stage materials accurately.
