Performs departmental word processing duties and maintains files and reports. Maintains office supplies and materials. Assists others by answering questions and referring to other individuals when appropriate. Adheres to MercyOne's performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of MercyOne.Job DutiesEnsures efficient operation of office.Maintains records and adheres to department time linesProvides customer service to both internal and external customersPrepares correspondence and various formsAdheres to all safety, infection control and colleague health policies and procedures.Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.HoursFull Time40 hours/weekMonday-Friday, current hours are 0815--1645, considering 0900--1730.
