Gather and translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions. Develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment. Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance AI agents based on business needs. Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices. Create and maintain technical documentation. Perform testing and quality assurance for AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI adoption and delivery. Required QualificationsExperience building and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Hands-on experience with API development, integrations, and enterprise data connectivity. Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, or other enterprise platforms. Experience working in Agile development environments. Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or other Microsoft AI technologies. Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and cloud integrations. Experience developing chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI solutions. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management. Microsoft certifications in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, or related technologies.
