Senior Purchasing Specialist

Steadfast Executive Search LLC is partnering with a well-established, service-based organization in the Orlando market to identify a Purchasing Specialist. The company operates in a high-volume, operational environment supporting both recurring service work and project-based execution.This role works closely with operations, accounting, and field teams to support material and equipment needs across the business. It is a fully onsite position based in the Orlando area.This is a highly interactive role within a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to improve purchasing processes, strengthen vendor relationships, and drive cost efficiency across a multi-location operation.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for managing the full purchasing cycle across materials, equipment, and services to support both service operations and project execution. The position works closely with operations, accounting, and field teams to forecast demand, ensure timely procurement, and resolve supply challenges.The individual will focus on improving purchasing processes, identifying cost savings opportunities, and driving consistency across vendors and materials.
