implement complex PeopleSoft development projects.\nDevelop technical solutions that meet approved business and functional requirements.\nCreate and modify PeopleSoft objects using PeopleSoft Application Designer\nDesign, develop, test, implement, and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft FSCM and external applications.\nEvaluate integration requirements and recommend appropriate integration methods and technologies.\nDevelop and support inbound and outbound integrations using\nAnalyze complex business and functional requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs.\nWork with functional analysts and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, and evaluate solution options.\nCreate technical specifications for enhancements, customizations, integrations, reports, conversions, and system modifications.\nIdentify development, design, security, performance, and implementation risks.\nDevelop and communicate action plans to mitigate identified risks.\nEstimate development effort, technical complexity, resource requirements, and implementation timelines\nCreate reports and data extracts using applicable PeopleSoft and enterprise reporting technologies, which may include BI Publisher, PeopleSoft Query, nVision, Application, Engine\nMonitor, analyze, and improve the performance of PeopleSoft applications, batch processes, reports, queries, and integrations.\nDiagnose and resolve complex applications, database, integration, workflow, and processing issues.\nPerform SQL analysis and tuning to improve system performance and processing efficiency.\nReview logs, traces, process-monitor results, application messages, and system errors to identify root causes.\nDevelop corrective actions and long-term solutions for recurring system issues.\nPartners with database administrators, infrastructure teams, functional analysts, and vendors to resolve cross-platform technical problems.\nProvide senior-level production support for critical PeopleSoft FSCM applications and processes.\nQualifications:\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n\nAdvanced knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM application development and support.\nAdvanced knowledge of People Tools and PeopleSoft Application Designer.\nStrong development experience with People Code, Application Engine, Application Packages, Components, Pages, Records, and Component Interfaces.\nStrong experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft integrations.\nKnowledge of Integration Broker, web services, REST or SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, file-based integrations, and secure file-transfer methods.\nStrong SQL development, data analysis, and performance-tuning skills.\nExperience developing and maintaining PeopleSoft reports and data extracts.\nKnowledge of PeopleSoft Query, BI Publisher, nVision, and other applicable reporting technologies.\nExperience troubleshooting complex PeopleSoft application, batch-processing,\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree
