Have a working knowledge of AC-DC motors and controls, combustion, metering, air conditioning, power distribution, electronics process control computers, welding, conduit and schematics.Work safely, follow LOTO, perform hazard identification, and conform to OSHA standardsMonitor all equipment to ensure reliabilityRepairs, installs, adjusts, modifies, and services all types of production equipment, plant instrumentation, and relaysAccurately report and close work ordersTroubleshoots and repairs electrical (24V-480V) and PLC control systems (Allen Bradley)Reads PLC ladder logic and function block logic to troubleshoot and repairParticipates in the preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, 5S, and Equipment Improvement TeamsIdentifies and reports opportunities for improvement of PM's and spare parts controlsApplies lean manufacturing tools & principles in maintenance activitiesWork and perform according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.Ability to work off-shift as requiredJOIN OUR TEAM!We are an equal opportunity employer.
