As we grow, we are committed to supporting causes and communities focused on mental health and wellness for children and veterans.We’re looking for someone who reflects these values and wants to help build something meaningful.Position OverviewThe Marketing Associate plays a key role in executing DRYOUT’s marketing efforts across content, sales enablement, and brand partner support.This role is responsible for helping build and maintain the materials, messaging, and assets that drive:Brand growthBrand partner acquisition and successIndustry and consumer educationYou will work closely with leadership, sales, and external partners to execute high-impact marketing initiatives and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute across a wide range of marketing activities.What You’ll Help Deliver in Your First 6 MonthsBuild and maintain core sales, marketing, and brand partner-facing materialsCreate content supporting industry education, thought leadership, and customer acquisitionSupport successful launch of new DRYOUT-engineered brand partner productsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent & Brand Execution (Primary Focus)Create and support development of marketing content across industry education, consumer education, thought leadership, brand partner and customer acquisitionSupport and execute content creation for website updates, LinkedIn and digital platforms, product marketing and launch materialsMaintain a high standard for clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all materialsCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality content and assetsLeverage AI tools to facilitate content development, research, and iteration while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand voiceSales Enablement & Brand Partner SupportBuild, update, and maintain sales decks, partner-facing materials, product and technology one-pagers, training and enablement toolsDevelop materials for brand partner meetings, brand partner onboarding, business development effortsHelp ensure all sales and brand partner-facing content is clear, accurate, and aligned with approved messaging, consistent across partners and channelsProduct Launch & Brand Partner Marketing SupportCoordinate and contribute to the launch of new DRYOUT-engineered brand partner products through content development, asset coordination, cross-functional communication, help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external partnersEnsure launch materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standardsMarketing Operations & ExecutionHelp drive execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and activationsHelp manage marketing calendars, timelines, and asset trackingCoordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely deliveryMaintain organized systems for marketing assets, project tracking, shared documentationTrade Shows, Events, & Brand Experiences (Secondary)Support planning and execution of trade shows and events, including asset coordination, timeline tracking, logistics supportHelp coordinate booth materials and marketing collateral, shipping and on-site readiness, alignment with partners and vendors, assist post-event follow-up and organizationQUALIFICATIONS1–3 years of marketing or marketing support experienceStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience creating content, marketing assets, or sales materials with a focus on clarity and effectivenessProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to build clear, professional materialsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working cross-functionally and with external partnersStrong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free workProactive and self-directed, with the ability to take initiative, own tasks, and follow through in a fast-paced environmentComfortable leveraging AI tools to improve content development, research, and workflow efficiencyBasic design and layout skills are a plus, including experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platformsInterest in performance-driven brands, product marketing, or technology is a plusWillingness to travel for trade shows and events as neededWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive payOpportunity to work with a talented, passionate team that is driven by our company missionFast-paced and exciting growth-focused culture built on timeless valuesProfessional development and growth opportunitiesA positive and inclusive work environment
