These leaders are expected to operate at the intersection of data insights and field execution, enabling scalable and sustainable productivity impact across the organization. In this role, productivity leaders will drive global initiatives end-to-end, starting from data-driven opportunity identification, through prioritization and structured execution, and into long-term sustainment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTranslate complex field and operational data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities.\nBuild and manage a prioritized pipeline of productivity initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.\nLead cross-functional teams across regions and functions to drive execution and achieve measurable productivity gains.\nEnsure disciplined program management, governance, and accountability throughout implementation.\nDevelop scalable adoption mechanisms, including standard work processes, performance dashboards, and structured change management frameworks.\nEmbed improvements into daily operations to ensure long-term sustainability and continuous performance improvement.\nProvide executive-level reporting and visibility into initiative progress, risks, and business outcomes.\nFacilitate governance and decision-making forums to support prioritization, alignment, and value realization.\nTrack, measure, and communicate the impact of productivity initiatives across the organization.\nDrive sustainable, repeatable productivity improvements that can be scaled globally.\n\nEducation & Background:\n\nBachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:\n\nIndustrial Engineering\nOperations Management\nMechanical Engineering\nSystems Engineering\nData Science\nAnalytics or a related field\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nMaster of Business Administration (MBA)\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification\nProject or Program Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)\n\nExperience Requirements\n\n3-5 years in:\n\nOperations\nService Operations\nManufacturing\nIndustrial Engineering\nProductivity Improvement\nContinuous Improvement (CI)\n\nProven experience in:\n\nCycle time reduction and cost optimization initiatives\nProcess improvement and Lean implementation\nLeading cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives\nStrong data orientation:\nWorking with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)\nTranslating data into actionable improvements\nChange management & stakeholder influencing without authority\n\nPreferred / Differentiating Experience\n\nExperience leading global programs across multiple regions\nExposure to field or frontline operations\nExperience driving adoption of data and productivity tools\nProven track record of leading end-to-end transformation initiatives, from strategy and analysis through implementation and sustainment\n\nAdditional Information\n\nTime Type:\n\nFull time\n\nEmployee Type:\n\nAssignee / Regular\n\nTravel:\n\nYes, 20% of the Time\n\nRelocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
