Production Line AssemblerRole Overview: We are looking for a reliable Production Line Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform hand assembly of products following specific diagrams and technical drawings. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to meet production goals.Responsibilities:Efficiently assemble products by hand on an active production line.Follow visual diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure every product is built correctly.Regularly lift and move materials or finished products weighing up to 50 lbs.Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects or errors before they move to the next stage.Coordinate with other line members to maintain a steady and safe workflow.Qualifications:Approximately 1 year of experience in production line hand assembly.Proven ability to read and interpret assembly diagrams or schematics.Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.A strong track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.Schedule & Compensation:Pay: $17.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience).Schedule: Monday Thursday (4-day work week).Hours: 5:30 AM 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts).Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00
