Implement CU standards at the plants including systemic implementation, training, handover to the plant, and support.\nCheck the long-term viability and the application of standards.\nDevelop and optimize standards to improve and analyze the Labor Efficiency (LE).\nDraw up internal and external requirements specifications, primarily for SAP ERP/MES systems.\nSupport the plants, drawing up suitable actions plans. Develop tailored solutions and implement them.\nDevelop training concepts and hold training sessions for Production Engineering (PE) employees.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's Industrial Engineering or Logistics Management or closely related field\nA three-year bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or Logistics Management or closely related field accepted.\n3 Years of experience as Production Manager\nThe 3 years of experience must be experience as a Production Engineer in the Automotive manufacturing industry using IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, auditing price pre- and post-calculations for production engineering, support and training of global production engineering processes, improving quality of master data in SAP system, capacity planning and machine allocation for automotive manufacturing plants.\n20% domestic and international travel required to ElringKlinger manufacturing plants in the US, Mexico, and Canada.\nMay telecommute from within the continental United States.\nWe look forward to receiving your application.
