already successful platform.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll be stepping into a position with strong fundamentals already in place, with the opportunity to tighten reporting, refine processes, and create a more streamlined financial environment across the organization.\nThe role requires someone comfortable operating both in the details and at a higher strategic level , with direct exposure to leadership and visibility across the business.\nWhat You’ll Be Responsible For\nLeading fund-level accounting and financial reporting across multiple real estate investments\nManaging and reviewing consolidations and fund rollups across entities\nOverseeing capital activity , including investor contributions, distributions, and allocations\nProducing and enhancing investor reporting\nEnsuring consistency and accuracy across all financial data\nIdentifying opportunities to improve reporting workflows and internal processes\nCoordinating audits and working alongside external tax partners\nOverseeing property-level accounting functions (internal and/or third-party)\nManaging and optimizing Yardi and related systems\nSupporting and mentoring accounting staff, as needed\nWhat You Bring\nDemonstrated experience in real estate fund accounting\nStrong background in fund rollups and multi-entity consolidations\nProficiency with Yardi\nSolid understanding of partnership structures and investor allocations\nAbility to assess current processes and implement improvements\nStrong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams and leadership\nWhat’s In It
