If that's you, then let's talk.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee daily Internet Sales operationsRecruit and train sales staffUnderstand buying profiles and patterns of typical telephone, and internet prospectsRun daily/weekly/monthly reports and track resultsPrepare individual "call results reports" for sales staffRecord and listen to customer callsTrain sales staff by reviewing recorded/live calls and outcomes, and auditing text message and email correspondenceDetermine which customers to contact based on current marketing initiativesReview performance and develop staffInterface with other department headsParticipate in dealership management meetingsSkills/QualificationsSuccessful track record in Internet sales, auto dealership business development centers or Internet sales department managementThe ability to manage high call volumes, internet leads and call lists simultaneouslyOverall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operationsStrong organizational skills and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with dealership CRM and DMS systemsExperience in training teams and individuals preferredJob RequirementsHigh school diploma/GEDBasic computer skillsDealership Internet Sales/BDC experienceMust have valid driver's licensePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
