Join us as a Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor and help individuals living with disabilities achieve their goals, independence, and dreams.\n\nAbout the Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor Role\nThe Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day program operations, ensuring high quality care, and supervising all direct support staff. This leadership role supports individuals with ID/DD in living safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives in an Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) setting.\n\nEssential Job Functions\n\nAs a Residential (IRA) Program Supervisor, you will:\n\nSupervise program operations and all direct support staff, ensuring high performance and consistent, high quality care.\nEnsure continuity of services and person centered care; collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized service plans.\nProvide staff instruction, coaching, and oversight on residential habilitation, policies, procedures, and program goals.\nRespond effectively to emergency situations; utilize SCIP R and behavioral management techniques.\nShare on call responsibilities with the Assistant Supervisor, ensuring staffing coverage, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, incident notification, and staff debriefing.\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s or Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPrior supervisory experience preferred.\nValid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle to transport individuals.\nRequired Skills & Abilities\n\nStrong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication; computer proficiency required.\nAbility to be physically active throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift or assist individuals as needed (up to 20 lbs. frequently), including providing personal care or physical management support.\nLiberty Resources is dedicated to helping individuals live their best lives.
