Overview C2 ALASKA, LLC Bethesda, MD THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD The Architect shall provide facility engineering and operations support for the Uniforme Services University Health Sciences campus ResponsibilitiesManage Master Plan development and oversightCoordinate Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)Coordinate space utilization assessmentsSupport relocation planning activitiesFacilitate meetings with end users and committeesReview planning submissions and ensure alignment with mission objectivesPrepare and present reports related to planning, FCA, and space utilizationOther duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor's degree in ArchitectureMinimum five (5) years planning experiencePreferred QualificationsLicensed ArchitectMaster Planning experienceSuccessfully pass background and drug screeningKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesPossess strong planning expertisePossess strong coordination skillsPossess strong communication skills Physical Demands: (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
