You value kindness, open feedback, and collaboration, and you’re energized by the opportunity to help shape how Arcade sells as we enter our next phase of growth.\nWhat You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in taking Arcade’s sales motion to the next level. In this role, you’ll have meaningful influence on how we sell, how we tell Arcade’s story, and how we shape the product as we enter our next phase of growth.\nOn a day-to-day basis, you will:\nWork hands-on with prospects and current customers to plan and run trials, deeply understand their use cases, drive early value, and expand opportunities.\nExperiment with new outbound motions, working closely with Marketing and RevOps to design, launch, and iterate on campaigns.\nLead enterprise pricing and packaging conversations for Arcade’s largest and most strategic opportunities.\nShare clear product recommendations based on what it takes to win and close complex, high-impact deals.\nLeverage product usage and revenue metrics to identify signals of adoption, expansion, and upsell opportunities.\nResearch target personas and segments, build repeatable sales and trial playbooks, and translate learnings into scalable processes as the team grows.\nLonger term, we will be building out this team as we grow. This role could translate to a team lead.\nSkills and Qualifications 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, including closing experience with mid-market and enterprise customers.\nExperience at a fast-growing tech startup, ideally having lived through a 0→1 or early-scale phase (e.g., growing from ~10 to 100+ employees and supporting $1M–$20M+ in ARR growth).\nFamiliarity with a product-led growth (PLG) motion, and comfort operating in a high-autonomy environment with significant greenfield opportunity.\nWorking knowledge of structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar deal qualification and messaging methodologies.\nDemonstrated Salesforce hygiene and pipeline management to enable accurate forecasting, effective deal execution, and strategic advising across the GTM team.\nHigh data fluency, using product usage signals, pipeline data, and account insights to prioritize the right opportunities.\nA strong sense of urgency, paired with the ability to collaborate effectively and tag-team with teammates across Sales, Marketing, and Product.\nBenefits Competitive salary and meaningful equity\nUnlimited PTO and sick days\n401k, and top tier Health, Dental and Vision insurance\nRemote work stipend and commuter benefits\nMeeting light culture\nBiannual company retreats\nLatest productivity software such as Notion, Linear and Superhuman\nA team that values diversity and inclusion\nCompensation Expected comp range: $220,000 -$260,000 OTE (50/50 commission based) depending on experience and location, plus equity.\nOur values Be a coach: We want the best for our customers and ourselves.
