Title: Senior Project ManagerSalary: $80,000 - $125,000Location: Central Washington State Company Summary:A rapidly growing manufacturer of ultra-pure chemical products is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support high-impact initiatives within a cutting-edge production environment. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:End-to-End Project Execution - Manage projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment across scope, timeline, and budget.CAPEX & Procurement Management - Oversee project procurement from specification through delivery while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.Project Planning & Risk Mitigation - Develop timelines, track milestones, and proactively identify risks with mitigation strategies.Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner with engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to drive project success.Executive Communication - Prepare and present high-level updates to leadership, summarizing progress, risks, and key decisions.Executive Reporting & Documentation - Develop and present executive-level updates, including detailed slide decks, project summaries, and meeting documentation to track progress and key decisions.Project Governance & Resource Management - Conduct project readiness assessments, manage resource allocation and priorities, and ensure alignment with internal quality systems and project management standards.*Travel up to 50% of the time (All U.S. states & Internationally)* The Senior Project Manager should have the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree (business, engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience.4+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.Experience in chemical manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage complex projects including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.Strong analytical and technical skillset, including familiarity with project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
