Our continued investment in people, technology, and infrastructure drives our rapid growth and positions us as leaders in our field.\nPosition Description\nThe Batch Record Coordinator will work in a detail-oriented compliant manner coordinating the batch record flow, correction, proper and complete documentation. Communicating accurate and up-to-date status reviews to appropriate personnel and updating status tracking spreadsheets and preparing reports.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunicating accurate and up-to-date status reviews to appropriate personnel and updating status tracking spreadsheets and preparing reports.\nAssist in the correction of deficiencies found within the documentation reviewed per the cGMPs and SOPs on daily basis.\nEnsure documents like batch records, labels, forms, etc. are printed and available for production.\nOversee batch records review and completeness of all associated documentation ensuring compliance with written Policies and procedures as required for batch release.\nPerform other assigned duties as may be required in meeting company objectives.\nCommunicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment.\nGather production information to support OOS and Deviation.\nReview of specific in-process, and finished product data such as samples data, MES (Inventory Deacom) calculations, EBR completeness, SAP(Deacom) data, and Quality Issues.\nDocument retrieval from local files and archives, as required for submissions and customer requests.\nAssist in process audits and internal audits as needed.\nReport Error Weekly Metrics (Right the First Time) Error Free, and success Rate found during review to Management.\nWorks closely with QA functional teams to align and promote awareness on data integrity and good documentation practices.\nFacilitate and Coordinate with Project teams to enhance, improve and streamline batch records cycle time.\nNavigate through various online platforms, including Deacom and Smartsheet.\nRoutine interaction with other departments for purposes of collecting batch record information or working to resolve documentation issues.\nShow a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.\nComplete all required training activities.\nDemonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner and follow through on responsibilities.\nOther duties as assigned.\nShow a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.\nQualifications\n2-yr Associates Degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.\nAbility to speak, read and write English.\n2–5 years of experience in document control, batch record review, quality assurance, or manufacturing documentation.\nExperience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, or medical devices preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nExperience with ERP systems (such as Deacom, SAP, or Oracle) is preferred.\nWhy Join NutraStar?\nAs a growing leader in the nutraceutical industry, NutraStar offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact quality initiatives while working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
