It is a great opportunity to perform a variety of different work through the day ensuring great service and smooth operations of the resort.\n\nJob Specifications:\nSarting Wage: $20.00/hr\nEmployment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027\nShift Type: Full Time hours available\nMinimum Age: At least 16 years of age\nHousing Availability: Yes\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nAssist in all base area operations which may include and is not limited to parking, scanning, or grounds maintenance at the base of the resort (inclusive of snow removal in the winter).\nAct as a flexible labor force for various projects and events.\nJanitorial duties.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nJob Requirements:\nFollow procedures and guidelines to stay safe and keep your team safe – your safety is our priority.\nComfortable working both inside and outside in seasonal environments.\nAbility to lift 50 Lb. (22.6 Kg.)\nAbility to work standing on your feet and performing physical work consistently.\nAbility to work weekends and holidays.\n\nA Base Area Operator team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:\nMountain Activities\nRetail Rental operations\nFood and Beverage Support\nTicket sales or scanning\nLift Operations\n\nThe expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
