This position is responsible for administering secure enterprise systems, maintaining server environments, supporting cybersecurity initiatives, and ensuring the availability and reliability of critical operational networks.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProvide systems administration support for C4I systems, including:\nENMS Lite\nDCGS-N Increment 1 Block 2 (SIPR & JWICS)\nADSI v15\nGCCS-J 4.3 U1\nRadiant Mercury (RADMERC)\nVideo Teleconference (VTC) Systems\nPerform 10–15 weekly vulnerability scans and patch management activities in accordance with DoD Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense requirements.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and upgrade system software and hardware.\nApply vendor updates, software patches, and security enhancements.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues while minimizing mission impact.\nMaintain system documentation, configuration management records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nEnsure compliance with federal cybersecurity policies and network security standards.\nSecondary Responsibilities (Backup Network Engineer)\nSupport operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure, including:\nCisco routers and switches\nFirewalls\nTACLANE encryptors\nVideo teleconference systems\nEnterprise servers\nAssist with network design, engineering, installation, and implementation.\nMaintain accountability for more than 150 IT assets supporting USNAVSOUTH/FOURTHFLT.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Top Secret Security Clearance\nExperience administering Windows Server environments.\nExperience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Solaris environments.\nExperience configuring and administering Radiant Mercury (RADMERC).\nExperience with Splunk configuration and administration.\nExperience with Cisco routers and switches, including configuration, backup, and restoration.\nExperience using ACAS vulnerability scanning software.\nExperience using Wireshark for network analysis and troubleshooting.\nExperience managing VMware vCenter, VMware Server, and VMware Workstation.\nExperience with network monitoring tools.\nExperience or training using BMC products.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer support skills.\nRequired Certifications\nMust possess one of the following certifications at the time of hire:\nSecurity+\nCloud+\nGSEC\nGICSP\nSSCP\nAdditionally:\nMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification must be obtained within six months of hire.\nWhy Join ITSC?\nAt ITSC Secure Solutions, you'll join a collaborative team supporting mission-critical operations that protect U.S. national security.
