From its headquarters in St. Louis, MO, and multiple branch offices throughout the U.S., Trileaf serves the wireless communications, commercial real estate and financial industries.\nLocation: Orlando, FL (In-office)\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport client management by distributing weekly project trackers, initiating new projects, handling purchase orders and requests, preparing and submitting proposals, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.\nEffectively manage and maintain a high volume of open projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision, including communication with federal, state, and local officials to define scopes of work and clearly convey those scopes and timelines to clients.\nPrepare detailed Environmental Report Scopes of Work with accuracy and efficiency.\nReview and submit Migratory Bird Reports and other technical documents, ensuring all deliverables meet internal QA/QC standards and client requirements.\nAssists in the training of new employees, including the development and implementation of training documents, presentations, and annual/seasonal companywide reminders related to migratory bird services.\nMaintain general knowledge of migratory bird species and the federal, state, and local laws protecting them. Ensure proper and timely filing of permit applications, as required.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Supervisor.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:\n3+ years of relevant experience\nPhase I, Phase II and NEPA Environmental Site Assessment experience OR status as an Environmental Professional (EP) preferred\nOther Professional Licensure (PE/PG/CHMM/PMP/LEP) is desirable\nExperience with administrative functions such as accounting is helpful, but not necessary\nValid driver's license\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in environmental sciences, biology, or related field required\nBenefits:\nHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance\n401k w/matching\nShort-term disability, Long-term disability & Life Insurance – 100% Employer paid\n3 weeks of PTO per year\n8 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday\nThe listed salary range for this position is an expected range.
