DescriptionThis position supports day-to-day production activities, including assembly, testing, inventory support, and shipment of hardware systems. We are seeking a candidate with hands-on manufacturing or technical assembly experience who can work with moderate independence in a production or lab environment.What You Will DoAssemble mechanical, electronic, and optical subassemblies and systems by following drawings, BOMs, and work instructionsPerform inspections and basic troubleshooting of nonconforming assemblies and escalate issues as neededSupport testing activities and document results in accordance with build requirementsManage parts for builds, including pulling materials, tracking usage, and maintaining inventory accuracyPrepare systems for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentationSupport prototype builds and provide feedback to improve build processes and work instructionsRequirementsRequired QualificationsAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentationExperience assembling mechanical and or electronic systemsFamiliarity with basic tools and shop equipment such as hand tools, torque drivers, calipers, or soldering ironsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to read basic drawings and follow work instructions Comfortable working independently or as part of a cross functional teamClear written and verbal communication skills Education: High school diploma or GEDExperience: One to three years of hands on experience in manufacturing, assembly, prototyping, or a technical environmentPreferred But Not RequiredExperience using inventory tracking systems or ERP platformsFamiliarity with ESD practices or QA inspections Exposure to quality assurance standards or inspection processesHands on machining experience such as operating a lathe or mill for minor part modifications or prototype supportAdditional education or training in a technical or trade related field Work Environment and ScheduleOnsite, full time positionManufacturing and lab environmentPay And BenefitsHourly pay range: $22.35 to $30.25 per hourMedical, dental, and vision employee coverage fully paid by the employerThree weeks of vacation to startAutomatic company contribution to 401K – 5% of earned wages, no matching requiredEducational assistance and professional development opportunitiesAdditional RequirementsTo comply with U.S. Government export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. person as defined by law.
