We are looking for Fun, Energetic, and Hardworking Team Members to join our Da Vien Coffee Chain.\n\nPosition Summary\nIn this role, the Store Manager will be responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee & tea, strong leadership skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.)\n\nResponsibilities\n\nManaging day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures.\n\nHiring, training, and supervising team members and act as a point of contact\n\nMaintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed\n\nMonitoring financial performance, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets\n\nRegularly assess the store environment and business metrics to identify challenges, create action plans, and drive success\n\nDeliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in‑house team\n\nCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet location needs\n\nAttend upper management meetings and conduct store management meetings\n\nCoach and support team members, monitor and recognize employee behavior to promote personal growth and career development\n\nMaintain and be able to troubleshoot short and long‑term problems for the store\n\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety guidelines\n\nDaily planning/assign tasks for BOH & FOH staffs\n\nMust be able to work at any location in the assigned district or county\n\nProtect employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.\n\nConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.\n\nEnhance efficiency, and solve problems to optimize staffing, operations, and store profitability.\n\nWhat we expect from you\n\nEffectively lead and delegate a team during scheduled shifts\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively\n\nProactive and independent with the ability to take initiative\n\nStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments\n\nYou are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs\n\nYou are quality‑minded with keen attention to detail\n\nHigh stress tolerance – thrives in a high‑pressure environment\n\nComputer Skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nDepending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast‑paced environment.\n\nThis position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re‑organizing displays).\n\nMultitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.\n\nEmployees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.\n\nSome retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.\n\nRestocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.\n\nRequires the ability to lift 15-45 pounds\n\nJob Type\nFull-time / 40 hrs. per
