This is primarily a backend engineering role with no front-end development required.Core RequirementsJava & Spring Boot: 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, design patterns, REST APIs, data access, and secure coding practices.AI/GenAI Engineering: Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and operating production-grade AI features within enterprise applications. Ability to integrate AI/GenAI capabilities into existing Java and Spring Boot systems.AI Development Life Cycle (AI DLC): Experience across the complete AI development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, evaluation, security validation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.Cloud-Native Development: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and cloud infrastructure. Azure preferred; AWS experience also relevant.DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with automated pipelines, deployment processes, and blue/green releases.
