You will be trusted to run the job, manage subcontractors, and make decisions in the field while working directly with company leadership.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of day-to-day field operations\r\nManage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination\r\nIdentify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget\r\nMaintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards\r\nReview plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies\r\nCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore\r\nCommunicate effectively with project managers and leadership\r\nWhat Success Looks LikeProjects run on schedule with minimal escalation\r\nStrong control of subcontractors and jobsite activity\r\nIssues identified early and resolved proactively\r\nClear and consistent communication with the team\r\nQualificationsRequiredMinimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry\r\nConstruction Supervisor License - Massachusetts(REQUIRED)\r\nOSHA Certified 30 Hour(REQUIRED)\r\nDrivers License (REQUIRED)\r\nPass Background Check\r\nMust be able to lift 80+ lbs\r\nMust be able to follow company's dress code\r\nReferences Required\r\nCompensation & Benefits$100,000 $120,000 (depending on experience)\r\nPerformance-based bonus\r\nHealth, Dental, Vision\r\n401(k) with company match\r\nPTO and paid holidays\r\nCompany Phone Provided\r\nCompany vehicle provided for project use (subject to company policy)\r\nScheduleSchedule varies based on project needs.
