The Test Engineer position will be part of a team charged with providing engineering, systems operations engineering, fleet support, element evaluation and system test support to the US Government.\nRequired\nMinimum 5 years in testing and evaluation\nThe ability to manage an ever-changing database, this includes maintaining and monitoring.\nExperience in AEGIS baselines test environment.\nExperience in developing interoperability test plans based on requirements.\nThe ability to multitask with many different programs/stakeholders daily.\nBasic Knowledge of Simulators in an AEGIS Test Environment.\nThe ability to travel 4 - 6 times each year for a week at a time to various CONUS locations for Test Events.\nFocused attention to detail and proficient with computer systems and applications.\nThe ability to verifying accuracy and to review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities for data transfer and input.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks.\nThe ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve test planning and test execution goals.\nU.S. Citizenship and DoD Secret Security Clearance required.\nDesired (Not Required)\nExperience working on DoD contracts, or combat systems experience desired but not required.\nWho are we?\nRite-Solutions, Inc. is a growing and innovative CMMI Level III software and systems engineering company.
