You will own the strategy for how we appear in the developer community through content, events, and engagement, and serve as the connective tissue between developer needs and our service teams. Key Responsibilities Lead efforts to engage with developers, understand their needs, and surface insights to service teams. Collaborate closely with service teams, marketing, and solutions architects to integrate developer feedback into product roadmaps. Define and execute a strategy that delivers impactful and relevant experiences for the developer community. Facilitate product feedback and insights to shape the future of AWS services. Build strong relationships and communicate the voice of the developer to drive continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of team leadership experience. Experience building developer-facing content or programs. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of team leadership and development experience. Experience managing a team of individual contributors. Track record of building and scaling developer community programs. Experience working cross‐functionally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps based on developer feedback. Benefits & Compensation Salary ranges: USA, NY, New York – $167,000.00-$292,200.00 USD annually; USA, WA, Seattle – $151,800.00-$265,600.00 USD annually. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, and comprehensive mental health support.
