Enterprise Applications Manager
We are hiring Rockstars to join our Sauer Brands team!Job Summary of the Enterprise Applications Manager:Primary focus of this position is management of a team of Application Developers and Application Support Specialists with diverse skill sets. We are looking for someone with experience managing a team to support enterprise application needs including application development, maintenance and operational support activities. This individual will be responsible for managing the team, but should have a solid understanding of ERP system concepts and integration between systems to achieve business objectives. The individual would need to interface frequently with key business stakeholders at all levels of the organization, collaborate with external system partners to meet shared objectives, as well as manage the Applications team. This position reports to the VP of IT.Enterprise Applications Manager Key Duties & Responsibilities:Manage and prioritize application projects for enhancements to application systems and/or projects for new functionality.Ensure we have reliable application systems to support daily enterprise activities in multiple locationsWork with stakeholders and key users directly on requirement and to ensure support issues are addressed quickly.Ensure the team effectively manage implementation and ongoing delivery of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).Perform weekly meetings with Application team members to manage projectsWork with VP of IT on overall application strategy systems integrationHelp manage effective SDLC including change management and coordinating testing with user baseDeliver a reliable and effective ERP experience across the organizationPerformance Standards (the criteria that will be used to evaluate performance):Project managementDeliver System tools and stability to support the enterprise operations and reporting requirementsDeliver application tools to support stated enterprise growth and operational objectivesWhat We Are Looking for in an Enterprise Applications Manager:Personal CharacteristicsEntrepreneurial drive and the desire to “build a business”.Character and Integrity-Does the right thing even when no one is lookingDisciplined approach, and accountable for driving Infrastructure business objectives.No excuses mindset.
