Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions (Enrollment Management Division)

Landmark College is a unique, accredited college for bright neurodivergent students with learning differences (LD, including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges). Whether at the Putney Vermont campus, through LC Online, or at our west coast Success Center, Landmark provides an intentionally designed, resource-rich academic and student life model yet is traditional in most ways. The college has an immediate opening for an Assistant/Associate Director of Admissions. This role will recruit, interview, and evaluate prospective students for admission to the college while actively marketing the Landmark College educational model, programs, and admissions and financial aid policies to potential students and their families.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, interview, and evaluate prospective students for admission.Actively market the Landmark College educational model and programs.Serve as the primary contact for students, parents, high school guidance counselors, educational consultants, and educators.Identify and qualify leads, conduct off-campus meetings, and coordinate area conversion events within an established market area.Conduct significant year-round travel, tele-counseling activities, a weekly call night, and some weekend work.Maintain content knowledge and a service philosophy across all enrollment management teams to serve prospective students effectively.QualificationsStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate professionally and confidentially.Prior experience in admissions, sales, or serving neurodivergent individuals is a plus.Bachelor's degree required.Willingness to work evenings and weekends.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: $42,300 - $63,500Competitive wages and an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans.Generous vacation and time-off package: four weeks' vacation; 15 health-related days; typically 21 paid holidays.TIAA retirement plan with a 6% college contribution.Tuition reimbursement and additional benefits.Location in beautiful southeastern Vermont, within driving distance to Boston, New York City, and ski resorts.EEO StatementDiversifying the student body, faculty, and administration is congruent with our mission.
