Your responsibilities will include obtaining sales orders from dispensaries by building and maintaining relationships with dispensary managers, budtenders, and purchasing teams. You’ll educate retail staff on our products and drive sales through product placement, promotions, and gather key market feedback to help shape our growth strategy.ResponsibilitiesVisit dispensaries and retail accounts on a regular schedule to build relationships and receive feedbackEncourage dispensaries to place and grow their orders with us by analyzing retail sales and inventory dataEducate budtenders and retail staff on product features, benefits, and brand storyExecute in-store promotions and events to drive sell-throughEnsure product displays, signage, and marketing materials are up to brand standardsCollect market intelligence and report competitor activity and customer feedbackMeet or exceed sales goals and performance metricsParticipate in industry and community events to build networks and grow salesRequirementsMust be a people-person who excels in relationship-building1–2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (cannabis or CPG experience a plus)Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle that can be used for frequent travel within MarylandComfortable with field-based work & using and learning new technologyExcellent communication and organization skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyMust meet all state requirements for working in the cannabis industry, including age and background checksCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $50,000 annuallyCommission & Bonus: Up to $20,000 annually based on performance (tiered commission plan)Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowanceStipends & swag allowancesSamples and employee discounts Health benefits & PTO (after eligibility period)How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing why you're excited about and would be a good fit for the position.
