From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and implement AWS-native architectures (serverless and distributed systems)\nLead backend development using Python and AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and RDS\nApply and enforce AWS Well-Architected Framework principles\nOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency\nDesign and manage CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, or GitHub Actions\nImplement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform\nDefine monitoring and observability strategies using CloudWatch and X-Ray\nEnsure cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network security, vulnerability scanning tools such as Wiz)\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams\nCollaborate with Solution Architect and cross-functional stakeholders\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n8+ years of experience in software development (cloud-focused)\n5+ years architecting AWS cloud applications\nStrong expertise in AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, RDS, IAM)\nProficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript\n3+ years of CI/CD pipeline implementation\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform)\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)\nStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions)\nExposure to high-performance or compute-intensive systems\nExperience in regulated environments\n\nOther requirements:\nUS Resident | US Citizenship\nFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)\nWork Modality: Hybrid\nLocation: San Juan, Puerto Rico\n\nBenefits and Perks\nWe believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
