YES IT CAN!\n\nRestaurant Team Member Responsibilities\n\nTaking orders and making accurate changes quickly\n\nProviding food service to our guests with enthusiasm\n\nPackaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency\n\nPreparing drinks and ice cream treats\n\nPreparing food orders, cooking on the grill, operating the fry station as needed\n\nCleaning the drive-in restaurants – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas\n\nRestaurant Team Member Requirements\n\nContagiously positive attitude\n\nAbility to remain calm, especially in tough situations\n\nResilient spirit – knowing everyone makes mistakes and can bounce back from a set-back\n\nEagerness to learn and grow\n\nAbility to multi-task, switching from one task to another with ease\n\nTeam mentality and willingness to help where needed\n\nAbility to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays\n\nAbility to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business need\n\nEffective communication skills; basic math and reading skills\n\nWillingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive-In restaurants\n\nGeneral knowledge and understanding of the food service / restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required\n\nAdditional Restaurant Team Member Qualifications\n\nFriendly and welcoming individuals who enjoy providing pleasant and courteous food service to our guests!\n\nA willingness to cross-train in all of the stations.
