This role is ONSITE at Camp Pendleton, CA. This is currently a contingent position and requires an active Secret security clearance.\n\nThe Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) provides 24/7 global technical support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems; and conducts engineering, testing and evaluation, and supports experimentation on C5I systems and amphibious platforms to inform acquisition decisions and make the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) more capable. This contract will provide Data Management and Cybersecurity services to support the command’s mission of Testing, Engineering, Integration, and Sustainment of the Marine Corps C5ISR Programs of Record.\n\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:\nPlan for new initiatives and expand the existing network infrastructure.\nUnderstand the diversity of the network and innovate our ability to modernize the network in a secure fashion.\nProvide solutions based on issues like traffic congestion, infrastructure upgrades, and routine troubleshooting.\nDevelopment documentation and how to guides on networks incorporating various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems.\nDeploy, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware or virtual network infrastructure such as routers, switches, and network monitoring devices typically employed by the Fleet Marine Force.\nIntegrate multiple network transport systems (USMC C4) to support wide-area network connectivity (e.g., satellite, radio frequency, troposcatter and other line-of-sight capabilities) as well as tactical landlines (e.g., tactical fiber optic cabling).\nDocument solutions/blueprints/diagrams for any network-related issues, break through innovations or cutting-edge workarounds for current fielded programs and future programs or experiments.\nInstall hardware or software as required, create backups for all systems, and monitor system performance.\nDeploy, configure, maintain, update, and troubleshoot the virtual infrastructure environments and network administrator workstations.\nDeploy, configure, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Network Services, (Domain Controllers, DNS, Mail/Exchange, etc.).\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Wi-Fi networks and other wireless technologies in support of tactical deployments.\nProvide expertise regarding Software-Defined Networks to include SD-WAN, wireless networking, network access control (NAC), segmentation, and secure campus solutions for distributed operations.\nPerform cybersecurity hardening and security monitoring on network infrastructures (STIGs, patching, ACAS scanning, etc.).\nManage/maintain security related configurations within the network based on operational requirements.\nWHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:\nAdvanced network training and 4 years of demonstrated network engineering experience.\nCompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD IAT Level 2 security certification\nDemonstrated experience with TCP/IP analysis and troubleshooting with a packet analyzer.\nCisco Certified Network Associate.\nExperience with System Administration with MS Windows or Linux.\nExperience with VMware Virtualization technologies.\nWHAT THE TEAM PREFERS:\nCertified in Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or RCPE Professional Packet Analyzer Plus.\nCisco Certified Networking Professional or Cisco Certified Design Professional (Route/Switch).\nVMware Certified Associate or Specialty.\nCertification in a Network Operating System (ex: MS Windows Server, Linux, etc.).\nSolarWinds Server and Application Monitor (SAM) Certified Professional.\nExperience or training with a Scripting Language (ex: Perl, PowerShell, Linux Shell, etc.).\nExperience with Department of Defense tactical Wide Area Networks (WAN) utilizing tactical Radio Frequency and Satellite transmission systems.\nExperience with Instrumentation, Collection and Data Management of In-Band/Out-of-Band networks for data collection & analysis services.\nExperience with design and implementation of Modeling and Simulation test tools.\nPAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $110,000 - $150,000\nAPPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline to apply to this role is November 27, 2025.\nTHE AURIA TEAM:\nAuria is a provider of solutions and software in support of complex Space, National Security, and Cyber missions of federal, international, and commercial customers.
