Product Performance & Business Support\r\nContribute to tracking product performance including adoption, customer feedback, and operational metrics\r\nSupport development of business cases and ROI analysis for new features or improvements\r\nProvide input into pricing strategy, demand planning, and forecasting activities\r\nAssist in aligning product decisions with cost, margin, and scalability considerations\r\nNew Product Introduction (NPI) & Lifecycle Management\r\nParticipate in structured stage-gate / NPI processes from concept through commercialization\r\nCoordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure launch readiness and scalability\r\nSupport development of product documentation including technical materials, training content, and application notes\r\nMonitor product performance post-launch and identify improvement and cost optimization opportunities\r\nMarket & Customer Engagement\r\nAct as a technical liaison between Sales, Engineering, and Product teams\r\nEngage with customers to understand performance requirements, constraints, and use cases\r\nSupport pre-sales and post-sales activities by providing technical product guidance and solution alignment\r\nTranslate complex technical performance into clear customer-facing value propositions\r\nCross-Functional Governance & Decision Support\r\nCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to evaluate technical feasibility and manufacturability\r\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and go-to-market readiness\r\nSupport internal teams with technical insights, product positioning, and customer requirements clarification\r\nWork with ecosystem partners (OEMs, chipmakers) to ensure integration compatibility and alignment\r\nWhat Success Looks Like (12–18 Months) Contributes to a clearly defined and actionable product roadmap\r\nDemonstrates ability to translate customer and field insights into product KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline\r\n4+years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Line Management, or infrastructure-focused roles\r\nExperience in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermal management, power systems, or industrial equipment environments\r\nDemonstrated experience influencing pricing, revenue performance, or margin outcomes\r\nExperience managing hardware or electro-mechanical products through structured lifecycle processes\r\nFamiliarity with stage-gate or formal NPI methodologies\r\nStrong analytical and financial modeling capabilities (advanced Excel proficiency required)\r\nAbility to interpret technical performance data and translate into customer-facing value propositions\r\nExecutive-level written and verbal communication skills\r\nCross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment capability\r\nProcess improvement mindset and operational discipline\r\nHigh degree of accountability and ownership\r\nWillingness to travel domestically up to 25%\r\nQualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field\r\n4–8 years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, or similar roles\r\nExperience in data center infrastructure, HVAC, thermal management, or industrial equipment environments preferred\r\nExposure to hardware or electro-mechanical product lifecycle management\r\nFamiliarity with stage-gate / NPI processes\r\nStrong problem-solving and
