This role will report into the IT department while working closely with People & Culture (P&C) to ensure the seamless operation, configuration, and enhancement of the Workday system. The Workday Administrator will serve as a key resource for both technical and business teams, ensuring that P&C processes and workflows are aligned with business goals and that the system is configured to support efficient and compliant HR operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nWorkday System Administration (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation):\n\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules to meet business requirements and HR processes.\nSupport system upgrades, releases, and new feature implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.\nOversee and manage the configuration of business processes, workflows, and system settings across Workday modules.\nMaintain user roles, security, and permissions in collaboration with IT and HR teams to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.\n\nHCM (Human Capital Management):\n\nWork with People & Culture teams to ensure that the HCM module supports organizational needs, such as data management and employee lifecycle processes.\nProvide ongoing support for data integrity, reporting, and issue resolution within the HCM module.\n\nRecruiting and Talent Management:\n\nConfigure and maintain the Workday Recruiting module.\nCollaborate with P&C to ensure that recruiting processes within Workday are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.\nDevelop and maintain reporting and analytics around recruiting metrics to inform P&C.\n\nTalent Management:\n\nSupport the administration and configuration of the Talent module, including performance management, goal setting, and employee development.\nWork with P&C to ensure the Talent Management module aligns with company-wide talent strategies, such as career development and succession planning.\nEnsure performance reviews and talent assessments are configured to meet organizational requirements and timelines.\n\nAdvanced Compensation:\n\nConfigure and manage the Advanced Compensation module, including base pay, merit increases, bonus plans, and other compensation modes if necessary.\nWork with P&C to develop and maintain compensation structures that align with company compensation strategies.\nProvide support for planning cycles, including data uploads, reporting, and system configuration.\n\nReporting and Data Management:\n\nDevelop and maintain standard and custom reports in Workday, to support P&C decision-making.\nProvide ad-hoc reporting to P&C, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and insights into key HR metrics.\nWork with P&C and IT teams to monitor data quality and ensure that information is accurate, timely, and actionable.\n\nCollaboration with IT and HR Teams:\n\nServe as the bridge between the IT department and P&C, ensuring that technical requirements are met while also addressing business needs.\nCollaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues, implement process improvements, and integrate new Workday functionality.\nProvide P&C with expert guidance on system capabilities and potential improvements in HR processes.\n\n User Support and Training:\n\nOffer tier 1 and tier 2 support for P&C users on Workday-related issues, troubleshooting problems and providing solutions.\nDevelop and maintain training materials and user guides for P&C users to maximize Workday adoption and system utilization.\nConduct training sessions for P&C personnel, managers, and employees on new features, updates, and processes.\n\nContinuous Improvement and Optimization:\n\nRegularly assess Workday processes to identify areas for optimization and automation, working with P&C and IT to implement improvements.\nStay up-to-date with Workday updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the system is being used to its full potential.\nContribute to the development of long-term strategies for Workday utilization and growth as part of the HRIS/IT roadmap.\n\nQualifications:\n\nProven experience as a Workday Administrator, specifically in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules.\nStrong knowledge of Workday security roles, configuration, and system administration.\nExperience in configuring and maintaining Workday Recruiting, Talent Management, and Compensation modules.\nSolid understanding of HR processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.\nExperience with Workday reporting tools to develop standard and custom reports.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both IT and P&C teams.\nHigh attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nWorkday Certification in HCM, Recruiting, Talent, or Compensation is a plus.\nExperience with Workday integrations, including third-party systems or data feeds.\nKnowledge of global Workday configurations and processes for multi-country implementations is desirable.\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nFull-time position with standard working
