service desk tickets, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with teams.\nDevelopment & Analysis: Lead modernization efforts, analyze business processes, document technical assets, and develop scalable solutions.\nTesting & Implementation: Perform full lifecycle application development, unit testing, and support user acceptance testing.\nCloud & Security: Architect cloud-based applications (Azure), implement security measures, and support incident response.\nLeadership & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, provide customer support, and align solutions with agency goals.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of design patterns, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).\nExperience with relational databases (DB2, SQL Server)
